How To Develop Gushing Rivers Of Never Ending Cash Share/Save

Author: Glen Hopkins

The best thing to sell on the Internet is something that is a digitally delivered product or service like ebooks, courses, membership sites and software. Digitally delivered products and services provide this instant gratification because they can be accessed or downloaded immediately upon online credit card payments. This is not possible with products or services that require shipping.

Digitally delivered products and services cost little to produce and have the potential to yield never ending revenue. Once you have your site completed and your product or services ready, you incur no additional costs. The product or service is created once, then sold and resold. Such products and services have virtually no overhead and don’t require storage or shipping charges.

The key to developing a digital product is to ’sell your knowledge.’ What do you know that others could benefit from? Are you a great cook? You could put together an ebook on cooking.

Are you an artist? Then sell an online course teaching how to paint and draw. Are you a mom? Sell a members-only mom site that tells everything you know about infant care or child rearing.

What do people ask you advice about? What hobbies do you have? What are you passionate about? Write all your thoughts down without editing them and once you have a list of about ten ideas, start to work through them. You will be amazed at what you know about certain subjects.

The best way to determine your customers’ wants and needs is to simply ask them. A good way of finding out what your customers’ want is to use PagePersonalizer.

What this does is ask your customers or prospects what their most important question is regarding a certain product or service. When they enter their question, they also enter their name and email address and you are creating a database where you can sort through all the questions people ask of you.

This is a great way of finding out what your potential customers need and want because it’s in their questions.

After finding out what your subscribers want and need, redirect them to a ‘Thank You’ page, which is perhaps the most valuable piece of Web real estate you own.

This is the page that people are redirected to after taking some sort of action on your website: subscribing to your newsletter, making a purchase or submitting a feedback form.

The ‘Thank You’ page is a prime opportunity to up-sell or cross-sell your visitor with related products or services. Generally, up-selling means to sell a customer a higher priced version of a product or service.

For example, if a customer just bought an audio program, you could ask, “Would you like to buy the transcripts to go along with the audio you just purchased?”

On the other hand, cross-selling means selling a different, but related product or service. For example, when you buy insurance for your car, the salesperson may ask if you would like to buy home insurance too.

Always be polite by thanking your customers.

Author: Craig Cawthorne

Marketing with a viral e-book is an excellent way to promote your various products.  Viral e-books are capable of reaching a large audience and are limited only by the enthusiasm of the participants.  So, the question is how do you make your e-book known to as many people as possible and as quickly as possible?  You will not benefit from it unless you let others know that you have an e-book.

If you are like most marketers, you purpose for creating a viral e-book is simply, to increase your cash flow.  In order to accomplish this, you will need to exposed your e-book to as many people as possible. However, trying to do this on your own would not be efficient and could take up a whole lot of your time.

Clearly defining your target audience is the first thing you will need to do.  You will need to determine the characteristics of your ideal customers.  Your promoting time will be more efficient and effective by defining your customer.

The next thing you will want to do is build a list of subscribers.  Take some time to create an e-zine or newsletter that will target your desired market.

sf

In your newsletter you can place articles, news, and tips that relate to the subject matter of your e-book and products it may be promoting.

Make sure that you feature your e-book prominently in your newsletter.  There is no point in creating the newsletter if you don’t promote your e-book or other products within it.  Just try not to make your promotions to obvious.

After you have determined what your newsletter is to contain, you will need to start gathering subscribers for it.  One way for you to get a subscriber is to include a squeeze page in your web site where people can subscribe.

Another way that works is to have a small pop up box where people can enter their email addresses to subscribe.  Pop up boxes can be extremely annoying but they do work.

As incentive, try giving away something of value that relates to your viral e-book.  In fact, you could give away your e-book as long as it contains other products within it that you are marketing.

A great way to promote your newsletter is to get it listed on group subscription forms and inside the pages of high traffic web sites. Signing up for a free publisher accounts on various e-zine directory listings will be beneficial because you can add your newsletter in their directories.

f

Beside the e-zines and newsletters, you will need to actively promote your e-book on your own web site. Create one or more page devoted solely to your e-book. Placing it in a list together with all your other products won’t be much help.  Creating a separate page allows it to stand out.

You should also make it easy for your visitors to find out about your e-book anywhere in your web site. Prominently place the e-book on all of your pages. If that is not possible, add a navigation bar just for your e-book. You may want to feature some excerpts from your e-book to arouse visitor curiosity about it.

As the author, include information in the e-book about yourself. Having your own e-book establishes you as an expert in the area of your subject matter.  The more people know about you, the more they will began to trust you. Also, placing a picture of yourself in the e-book will add more credibility to you.

Make sure that your e-book gets listed in all e-book directories to gain greater exposure. There are quite a few of these e-book directories out there. Also another great way to actively promote your e-book is to join forums that talk about the same topic as your e-book.

You can post threads or reply to other peoples post that might be related to what your e-book is offering.  To maximize exposure to your e-book, you should apply one of the first principles of viral marketing. Give your viral e-book away to people who might find it interesting and useful.

These are just a few of the ways you can promote your e-book. There are many other possible avenues that you can explore. Just use your imagination and creativity. However, the methods listed here are sufficient to get your viral e-book promotion started.

How to Research and Produce a Profitable eBook Share/Save

Author: Steve Tallamy

For well over the past 5 years eBooks have been selling like wildfire and as far as I can see this trend will continue for a few years yet.  But how do you research a topic for your ebook to become profitable?

Of course you can hire someone to research and even write your eBook for you but let me tell you now that nobody will do it better than you.  Because if you have the passion and desire to write and profit from an eBook that enthusiasm is what will make it a best seller.

You will have done a lot of research already when deciding upon the niche market you are in now, so dig out your research notes and remind yourself of the reasons you chose that particular market.  One of those reasons will be the topic of your eBook or at least something very closely associated with it.

The thing your eBook topic must have is longevity, long term appeal to a wide audience and the longer and wider the better.  There is no point in working hard on producing your eBook, or any other product cone to that, and it has gone out of fashion with a couple of months.

There are several ways of checking if your topic is popular or not.  I find the easiest and fun way is to visit Amazon.com and check out the best sellers in your niche category and if there are several books on or connected to your topic then you are on to a winner.

fd

It is also worth checking out the appearance and cost of each book, that way when you come to promote your own eBook you will already know the price people are prepared to pay and whether a fancy looking cover makes any difference to their choice.

Other ways to check out your topic popularity is to test out key words and key word phrases with the search engines and keyword search tools such as WordTracker to compare your words and phrases with those that your future customers are actually searching for.

The trick is to combine your topic which will be what people need, and the keywords and phrases people are typing into the search engines.  If you can get that combination right you will be well on your way to success.  But whatever you do remember that the internet is the information highway and your eBook will not be the only one out there.

For your eBook to be a real success it must contain information people cannot easily find anywhere else other than in your eBook.  That is why it is so vital that you do the keyword, key phrase research mentioned earlier and check out who your competition will be and what they are offering your potential customers.

In a nutshell then, to produce a profitable eBook you must find the niche market, discover what it is that market wants and needs, check out your competition and see what they are Not Providing and provide it.
